Responsible forproviding reporting, ad-hoc data and analytical support across all business operational areas of the enterprise through translation of complex analytics into concise and consumable reports.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
•Identifies, locates and extracts data from a variety of sources for use in reporting, analysis, and statistical modeling.
•Develops/manages automated reports for daily consumption using specific formatting and presentation guidelines.
•Leads analytical investigations aimed at answering specific business problems using data with an emphasis on recommendingactionable solutions based on insights.
•Builds strong relationships with business partners and leaders to provide thought partnership on metrics and visualizations.
•Develops models (predictive and classification) for a variety of business issues.
•Collaborates and provides support to multiple departments to ensure the business intelligence, analytic, and reporting needs are met with technology, architecture, processes and tools.
•Tests, analyzes and problem solves data issues to ensure data integrity and provide technical support for end users self-service BI tool.
•Documents data definition and report sources and for all reports.

•Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
•Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to results expected. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
•May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.
•Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
•Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
•Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
•Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in related field; certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in related field. Certification is required insome areas.

•3-5 years’ experience in database marketing analysis including analytics, response analysis, ROI analysis, customer profiling or equivalent.
•Demonstrated proficiency with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, IBM Customer Metrics, Google Analytics).
•HTML proficiency with respect to tagging.
•Experience with an HTTP/HTTPS debugging proxy tool (e.g. Charles, Fiddler, Firebug, Etc).
•Experience with business intelligence tools, Tableau preferred.
•Experience with database querying tools, languages and analytical platforms supporting database marketing, including SQL.
