The Program Management Lead supports the enterprise-wide Equifax Model Risk Management program.  This position is responsible for existing model remediation within the product innovation and management framework.  The position works across the organization, leveraging the skills and knowledge of product management, marketing, sales, strategy, technology, data & analytics, and model risk management, as required supporting the objectives of the Model Risk Management program.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Product Manager/Program Manager to grow with the product organization in an innovative, enterprise-wide program.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Project Management:  Manages product remediation for all existing Equifax models in support of model risk management program, including but not limited to:

•Provide model inventory and analysis support

•Develop model change proposals (redevelopment, enhancements, versioning), partnering with Product Managers where Product Managers exist

•Develop remediation and sunset playbook where appropriate in support of changing regulatory and risk landscape

•Complete supporting product documentation included but not limited to:

◦Marketing requirements documents

◦Product and product suite descriptions and solution value statements

◦Assists with use-case inventories for product design

◦Product launch materials

Go to Market Planning:  Works with product marketing, marketing communications and sales to execute on a comprehensive go-to-market plan for redevelopment, enhancement, and sunset projects:

•Works with product marketing to develop value proposition and positioning

•Integration of messaging into existing product line plans and launches

•Internal and External Training

•Product release planning:  creating release plan, working with other groups to drive the release (services, marketing, legal, etc.) and ensuring that all aspects of the release planning process are complete upon product availability.

Tactical Implementation:  Manages cross-organization process to ensure that product and marketing plans are implemented successfully.



•5-7 years in a Product or Program Management role in a complex business environment required

•Related experience in Financial Services

•Understanding of and related experience in model risk management practices a plus

•Experience in Program Management and or working within a PMO environment

•Understanding of and related experience in consumer risk management or marketing management preferred.

•Knowledge of and related experience in consumer risk modeling, credit marketing  and collections preferred

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field required.   M.B.A. preferred or equivalent business experience.

•Requires in-depth knowledge and experience needed to operate independently with limited guidance and oversight

•Applies a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems

•Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact a range of customer, operational, process, or project activities

•Develops work plans for short-term assignments of moderate complexity
