Job Summary

Responsible for executing a variety of sales support initiatives from content development through production on behalf of the enterprise and business units.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

•Works with Marketing CRM to understand needs of business units and determine most effective tactical execution.

•Manages internal and external resources for development of marketing materials.

•Develops content and proofreads printed materials.

•Manages a wide range of marketing projects through completion within established deadlines.

•Reviews brand usage in diverse applications to ensure consistency and adherence to defined standards.

•Manages corporate sponsorships and customer appreciation opportunities.

Nature and Scope

•Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.

•Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by supervisor and/or direct "customers" of the process.

•May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support personnel or professional personnel.

Work Environment

•Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

•Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

•Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

•Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in related field; certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in related field. Certification is required in some areas.

Preferred Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience

•3 to 5 years of experience in direct mail marketing experience with focus on lists, data, processing, & analysis

•Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid business decisions

•Demonstrated experience reporting, analyzing, interpreting, and critical thinking

•Demonstrated experience effectively managing relationships with internal and external partners

•Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
