Establishing best practices for program and operations management for the FRMS Product Marketing group including establishing, documenting and driving consistency in processes across the team

Tracking and measuring, analyzing and reporting on marketing programs and operations.

Synthesizing data to share insights on improving campaign performance.

Being responsible for creating and maintaining campaign dashboards and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Making strategic and tactical recommendations to optimize marketing programs effectiveness with an emphasis on conversion through the demand generation waterfall.

Coordinating with Product Marketing Leadership within FRMS, as well as key strategic stakeholders (e.g. Product Management, Sales, Global Sales Organization (GSO) Demand Creation and LDE Teams).

Implementing regular cadence with peer program managers to communicate program and project status, identifying execution and resource gaps with cross-group projects and being an advocate for the program and operations management team in prioritization discussions.

Providing strategic recommendations for Account Based Marketing with a focus on driving pipeline through outbound campaigns.

Forecasting marketing program performance to leads, opportunities and pipeline.

Establishing best practices for return on investment (ROI) tracking and analysis.

Producing the analysis and reporting of current campaign activities.

Coordinating meetings with and the negotiation of contracts for projects that require the involvement of external vendors. Managing relationships with vendors post implementation and being their central contact for ongoing business.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

•Bachelors degree (Business related is preferred).

•Minimum 10 years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) Demand Generation, Marketing Programs and Marketing Operations, and overall project management.

•Expertise in launching marketing campaigns to build pipeline.

•Experience in working in matrix organization, including building marketing, product and sales alignment.

•Strong understanding of return on investment (ROI) and analytics, design and testing methodologies to improve performance.

•Track record of delivering increased marketing effectiveness with measurable return on investment (ROI) and demand generation waterfall improvements.

•Experience working with long sales cycles (for example, 6 months to 2 years).

•Experience leading change management and process improvement.

•Proficiency with CRM Management tools and processes

•Proficiency with Marketing Automation tools (examples include Marketo, Eloqua, Silverpop)

•Ability to travel 20%.

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

•Master’s degree in Business Administration

•Expertise in Sirius Decisions Frameworks

•Banking, financial services, and/or software industry marketing experience

•Proficiency with Marketing Technology Campaign Management Tools – for example, Campaign Attribution Tools (such as Full Circle Insights or Bizible).

•Experience working with a Lead Development, Business Development or SDR team.

•Knowledge of SalesForce.
