What does a great Product Manager do?

Plays a key role in shaping, executing, and delivering the Electronic Bill Presentment solutions from Fiserv. Digital transformation is accelerating, and we are re-imagining the bill payment experience by digitally engaging the consumer, who they owe, and where they choose to interact.

As a Product Manager, you can look forward to:

•Owning key aspects of the roadmap (including, but not limited to, feature prioritization, release scoping and planning, requirements definition, and financial justification) and ensuring alignment across teams, business unit, and enterprise strategy.

•Serving as subject matter expert for the eBill suite of products, capabilities and services, and aiding in providing guidance to others in regards to this expertise

•Owning the end-to-end Go to Market plan from requirements definition through development, operational readiness, launch, and post-launch analysis

•Partnering closely with internal Fiserv businesses to support revenue growth and increased adoption and usage of key products

•Defining, measuring, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for product initiatives and enhancements to assess and track product and investment performance.

•Interfacing and supporting customers at all stages of a partnership lifecycle

•Partnering with Product Strategy and User-Centered Design teams to define and execute research efforts to inform and validate product direction.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field. Relevant equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

•Minimum 2 years experience in software Product Management

•Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting complex information to senior leadership

•Ability to travel 10-20%.

Preferred qualifications:

•Experience in financial services and/or financial services technology strongly preferred

•Pragmatic Marketing certification

•Experience operating in an Agile environment

•MBA / MS a plus

•Knowledge of APIs as a business enabler a plus
