The Equifax Commercial Services team is looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building robust Marketing solutions. The Product Manager (PM) works closely with the business, Operations, Data & Analytics and Technology teams as a major contributor to the required specification deliverables. The PM writes the business and functional requirements, including problem statements, business cases, and user stories. This person should understand business processes and ensure integration between business and technology. As the product moves from concept to development, s/he will shift to play the Product Owner role on the Scrum team(s) assigned to the project.

Define product strategy that informs the overall vertical growth strategy
Drive customer engagement that delivers invaluable insights (competitive, VOC, POCs, market testing, etc.)
Drive new product innovation pipeline process and development
Leverage Equifax enterprise assets to drive new product innovation concepts through implementation and launch
Identify build, buy, partner scenarios to meet priority objectives (data, analytics, technology, etc.)
Support existing portfolio priorities
Optimize distribution
Owns product strategy, product line plan and roadmap
Drives business case development
Collaborates with other marketing functions (analytics, pricing, product marketing, marketing communication, etc.)
Collaborates across business units and centers of excellence (sales, channel partners, technology, operations, data and analytics)
Drive requirements reviews with internal teams and with customers to ensure clarity and understanding; communicate the vision
Meet with customer teams and customers to understand pain points and help guide roadmap priorities; map releases to customer and market needs
Manage cross-functional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery
Oversee and assist in the development of requirements from epics and stories down to JIRA tickets and Confluence pages
Create workflow and use case documents as needed
Be the product owner in sprint planning and daily standups; pay meticulous attention to juggling the backlog; inspire and provide steady direction to technology teams
Evangelize product direction to internal stakeholders and customers. Identify commonalities or gaps across stakeholders and proactively drive toward alignment
Act as the translation layer between business users and technology teams. This requires you to be comfortable with both business speak' and tech speak'
Work with Legal, Security, and Compliance to ensure guidelines are being met

Required Skills:

Technical: Experience in the technology and/or data industries or working with technology and/or data-related products and services.

Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field required. M.B.A. preferred or equivalent business experience.
5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst
5+ years writing business and functional requirements and user stories
