The International Sales Enablement Content Lead is a key position that directly helps ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of the International sales teams. The primary role of this position is to collaborate with sales, solutions marketing and product management to develop a systematic approach that helps our sales teams prepare for all levels of customer interactions. This role will be specifically responsible for defining, and implementing the content strategy within in our sales enablement platform (Savo). They will also assess and make recommendations on sales adoption of the site and content through creating and delivering clear and concise communications to the sales team.

In this critical role, this person will work closely and partner with multiple internal departments including Sales, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing and Product Management. This individual will be business and sales minded, collaborative, and will thrive in a high energy work environment. He/she must have excellent written and presentation skills, be well-versed in curating content to ensure sales has what they need when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:
Determine how content should be created and presented to various sales teams across industries and capabilities
Working with the operations partner develop and Implement a strategy to fully leverage SAVO sales enablement tools ensuring all information is easy to find and readily accessible at point of need from any device
Help in the selection and deployment of technologies to be used by the field-force to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Recommend improvements to systems and processes to continually raise the bar on sales execution.
Manage project plan to budget and timeline and communicate regularly to various stakeholder groups on progress, risks, and milestones
Simplify for scalability & self-service: Challenge the status quo in organizational set-up, coverage, processes, automation and services within and beyond your organization, consistently looking for simplification

Determine and implement content governance best practices and guidelines and ensure that content adheres to the proper governance/curation requirements and ensure compliance across all contributors
Facilitate and lead Governance meetings with content owners
Help manage a content repository of sales assets in conjunction with content owners to ensure a centralized repository of materials that meets the needs of the sales organization

System Training preparation and delivery as required
Maintain sales facing deliverables including program documents and Operating Plans
Foster sharing of best-practices as well as standardization across regions and teams
Develop and Implement a communication plan to engage, inform and drive adoption of sales content

Competencies/Skills required to be successful in role:
Relevant experience developing sales tools and enablement plans
Knowledge of sales content distribution systems (Savo, Seismic or others) and sales communication methodologies to recommend strategies for improved adoption and application
Ability to drive projects with minimal guidance
A motivated self-starter
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment
Strong organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
Ability to interact in a professional manner
Must be proficient in CRM (Siebel/Salesforce.com), Microsoft Office and document design and editing tools

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 - 7 years of sales/Information management/sales enablement experience with global high tech, high growth B2B organizations
Experience working cross-functionally and with third-party vendors to develop effective sales playbook
Financial services market knowledge a plus

Spanish/English bilingual preferred

Education requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
MBA preferred
