As a Product Manager, Digital you will be establishing and executing the strategic digital product plans, focusing initially on new digital identity initiatives with a fraud focus. Manage entire product lifecycle from inception to product launch ). The Product Manager works with other Fraud & Identity product managers to ensure integration of existing fraud & identity products where appropriate. Provide influence and expertise to discussions including technology decisions, process decisions, and product decisions.

As part of the Digital team, you will engage with and research market dynamics to understand business issues and establish associated value for different market segments/industries and Understand market drivers and business problems in order to solution and drive delivery to the market.

Additional responsibilities of the Product Manager include:
Develop and implement product roadmaps, strategy plans and pricing.
Practice market driven product management (Pragmatic Marketing Framework) to exploit revenue growth opportunities across the industry in an effort to improve financial performance.
Manage value metrics of the suite of identity products and associated costs within set budgets and targets.
Management of product propositions and development of fraud and identity enhanced solutions, with a critical focus on ensuring that volume, reporting, revenue targets are met.
Understand competitive landscape and be able to create distinctive competencies for Equifax.
Make key recommendation on how existing fraud & identity products and other Equifax products should be combined or integrated to solve market problems.
Provide clear messaging on positioning of individual and combined solutions and deliver sales enablement education content to the marketing and sales teams.
Manage and maintain industry contacts in fraud and identity industry and advice on industry trends and behavior.
Design optimal methods for product demonstrations and presentations and develop ROI sales tools.
Engage with IT to deliver new product and product enhancements within CAPEX budgets.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers/partners; including Operations, IT, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, Sales and Enterprise Alliances team to support organization expertise in designated products and initiatives.
Assist in managing external vendor relationships that relate to designated data products and systems within the Fraud & Identity solutions portfolio.
Establish and manage the user group forums, roundtables and marketing plans and events where appropriate.
Maximize existing internal and external data assets when considering combined fraud and identity developments.
Research and scope high level systems and operational implications - identify relevant stakeholders and capture information as required for initial concepts.
Develop initial financial models that determine the financial viability of the initiative.
Support Marketing, Enterprise Alliances, Sales, and Pricing teams by being an available subject matter expert and providing inputs relating to designated products.

Required Skills:
8 years of experience in product management, solution development, sales or pre-sales in the financial services, professional services and/or technology sectors
3+ years of Fraud and Identity verification subject matter expertise.
Ability to work effectively across matrix organization.
Strong technical understanding of web based solutions, XML and mobile Apps.
Ability to understand a market problem, think strategically and creatively and offer suggested strategies and solutions.
Ability to drive results to achieve a win/win solution in a commercial framework.
Strong business analysis skills demonstrated through development identification of a business need/problem and identification of an innovative way to fix the problem.
Exceptional personal customer relationship management skills and outstanding interpersonal and liaison skills with all levels of stakeholder.

AML/KYC expertise preferred.
Commercially astute - significant commercial business experience.
Strong organization and task co-ordination skills.
Personal presence and strong influencing skills.
Mature, well balanced and emotionally resilient.
Ability to drive results to achieve a win/win solution in a commercial framework.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree preferred
