About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager within Global Brand provides an opportunity to for an ambitious individual to lead Fiserv’s digital marketing technology strategy. You will work closely with our design teams, brand and communication teams and business marketers to deliver innovative digital marketing capabilities that will directly impact Fiserv business results. Fiserv Global Brand provides marketing and branding guidance across our business units, and you will be the primary influencer to our business marketing leaders in regard to our digital marketing capabilities.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
•Drive and implement best design and create digital user experiences to achieve brand awareness, positive user experiences, enhanced engagement, and lead generation results
•Provide design expertise and technical requirements for digital channels to drive the best business outcomes
•Provide design consultation and expertise to the team responsible for building out and configuring new content management, digital asset management and web analytics tools
•Collaborate with content teams to optimize messages for execution across digital properties
•Lead evaluation of emerging technologies and develop cost/benefits analysis to propose digital marketing tool and technology enhancements in support of business objectives
•Maintain Fiserv enterprise digital properties, in alignment with security and legal requirements
•Build patterns and templates that help operationalize and bring efficiencies to design activities, including prototype user experiences to assist in gaining insight and user testing
•Support the Global Brand team in building and demonstrating in-browser proof of concept solutions exhibiting how digital marketing strategies can be executed
•Champion and govern the user experience across digital marketing properties
•Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners in support of digital marketing initiatives
•Define and maintain digital design standards addressing how the business utilizes CMS, Assets and Analytics tools.
•Lead the effort in defining and maintaining enterprise use standards for all Fiserv digital marketing channels
•Partner with brand and channels governance managers to utilize marketing capabilities per agreed upon standards

•4-year college degree in Marketing or related discipline and 6+ years of related experience in Marketing -OR- advanced degree in Marketing or related discipline and 4+ years of related experience in Marketing
•Digital marketing strategy/design/responsive design
•Managing and evaluating digital technology & digital technology vendors
•Digital user experience
•Marketing channel and lead generation analytics
◦HTML, CSS, Java script
◦CMS technology experience (Adobe nice to have)
◦Other digital channel technologies experience a plus (e.g. AddThis, SOLR site search, MAS-Marketo/Eloqua/Pardot, TINT, Brightcove, BrightEdge, Ion, etc.)
◦Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
Travel Required: Minimal, 5%
