Customer Success Operations Manager

Do you want to partner with amazing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience Representatives to help contribute to their success? SalesLoft is revolutionizing the sales industry to create a modern, more personal experience for buyers and sellers. Our goal is to become the next $1 billion SaaS company headquartered in ATL, and we need to add a Customer Experience Operations team member to make that happen.

The Customer Experience team works with current SalesLoft customers to implement, train, and grow customer accounts. The team utilizes Salesforce, Gainsight, and Zendesk to create a world class customer experience. This role focuses on enabling operational excellence for the Customer Experience team, including Implementations, Customer Success, Training, & Support.

What you’ll be able to do here:

  • Become an expert in our CRM, CX Engagement and Systems within 30 days through training, self-study, and shadowing our customer teams
  • Document, Connect & Optimize SalesLoft Processes including:
    • How ISMs use Salesforce & SalesLoft
    • How CS uses Gainsight, Valooto, Zendesk & Salesforce
    • How Support uses Zendesk & Salesforce
    • How Training uses Pardot, Zoom & Salesforce
    • Customer relationship hand-off between Implementation, Success, Training & Support
  • Become an expert of our customer base - providing insight, vision and proactive approach to promote expansion and reduce churn.
  • Join customer meetings to assist frontline teams with customer calls on tech stack questions and systems best practices
  • Ensure customer experience team members have access to actionable customer data
  • Track objectives, metrics, and communicate with internal stakeholders on projects

Qualifications:

  • Gainsight experience: creating CTA, data management, & playbooks
  • Salesforce experience: you know how to update data, navigate standard objects & custom objects, create custom reports.
  • Ability to pull and export reports, manipulate microsoft excel data and update Salesforce via dataloader.
  • Ability to develop statistical analysis and models of existing customer behavior to derive actionable insight
  • Experience working with customers on any of the following teams: Success, Training, Implementations, Support or other relevant functions.
  • Self-starting and focused on personal growth.
  • Experience with Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations is a plus.
  • Experience with SalesLoft is a plus.
  • Salesforce Certification is a plus.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
