If you are, then we canêt wait to meet you! Cardlytics is seeking a UI/UX Intern to join the Product Management team for the 2018 Summer Internship Program.

Meet with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Learn how to translate business requirements and user needs into tangible user interface proposals for a high-profile software company.
Create and modify UIUX designs for mobile and web digital properties.
Collaborate with analyst and development teams across the organization to create seamless user experiences.
Create high-fidelity wire frames, site maps and page schematics.
What you will accomplish in this role

Assist UIUX team in creation of designs for mobile and web digital properties.
earn how to translate business requirements and user needs into tangible user interface proposals for a high-profile software company.
Improve your information architecture, interaction and visual design skills by learning from a team of UX Designers and UX leadership.
Learn how User Experience teams function within a company and what makes a successful UX Designer.
Learn UX industry best practices.
What you bring to the table

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and/or other prototyping, wireframing, and mapping tools _Proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Basic knowledge of iOS and Android HIGs
Understanding of color theory, layout, design patterns, interaction design, typography
Comfortable giving and receiving critical design feedback
Superior attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive and intellectually curious
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Takes initiative and likes to collaborate
Can work independently, whilst maintaining transparency with minimal guidance or support needed
Within 1 year of graduation (undergraduate or graduate) from a program in Human-Centered Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or another related field.
Good at making something amazing out of two pieces of duct tape and a traffic cone
Experience designing responsive websites
Very strong interest in digital technology and the business of digital technology
Must be committed to working a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks
