The big picture:
Cardlytics is seeking a Marketing Specialist that enjoys the excitement and challenge of equipping a sales team with the communications and resources needed to sell effectively and of driving execution across a diverse range of marketing campaigns.
This role reports to the Senior Marketing Director and primarily oversees the communications, training, and resource adoption for our US Advertising team. In addition, this role will support the Marketing team in driving forward marketing campaigns and events and managing operations that keep the department running smoothly. Must enjoy a fast-paced environment and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Manage key communication channels, including external and internal email newsletters and related contact databases, team conference calls and trainings, and online content libraries.
Project manage and maximize value of sponsorships for events including Cardlyticsê annual global sales conference and sponsored industry events.
Improve US Advertising teamês experience and adoption of 3rd party sales tools such as Salesforce through troubleshooting and training
Track and analyze trends for marketing channel performance metrics, including website, email marketing, social, etc.
Produce content for internal marketing collateral requests by coordinating projects through sales, product marketing, and design
2-3 years related experience in sales, marketing, or event planning
Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
MS Office proficiency with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
BS or BA degrees in relevant discipline
Strong communication skills
Self-starter with strong work ethic, positive attitude and high energy level
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment
