On behalf of our client, we are searching for a full-time marketing superstar to take their marketing program to the next level, managing the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization as well as working with the CEO on the long-term marketing strategy for the company. The marketing manager will be responsible for developing, executing, measuring and improving all aspects of marketing services, including plan development, content creation, email marketing, localized events, integrated demand generation campaigns and general marketing tactics. Additionally, this individual will be creative, possess excellent writing skills and have the ability to direct creative agencies.

In addition to corporate marketing responsibilities, the successful candidate will be a thought partner to area General Managers and play a central role in how each market translates the brand at a local level to activate new and existing customers.


  • Create and execute on a marketing plan and calendar to support and attain company objectives and goals.
  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of marketing execution, from hands-on activities to coordinating with agencies and freelancers for execution, holding them accountable for contractual deliverables and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with executive team and area general managers on creating monthly, quarterly and annual programs to drive business for corporate and local markets.
  • Coordinate marketing strategy and tactics to align with sales activities and goals.
  • Work with CEO on developing and managing marketing budget.
  • Measure, track, and report marketing results and adjust programs to continually improve marketing performance.
  • Get to know the company’s target customer and build out associated personas.
  • Work with executive team and interview customer advocates to create and adapt high-level company message and talking points that resonate with customer personas.
  • Develop ongoing content calendar and create applicable content and / or oversee internal and external resources to create content. Content formats may include: blogs, video, collateral, design, social media, infographics, promo materials, etc.
  • Participate in or coordinate public relations and community-based activities or events and act as a brand ambassador when in attendance.
  • Successfully localize brand while maintaining the core brand values and mission.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, policies and procedures to ensure information is accurately disseminated.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. Approve all marketing content (brand, visual, messaging) as per brand guidelines prior to public distribution.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all stakeholders are informed and that customer communication is consistent.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • 5-7 years marketing experience.
  • Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience performing or managing outsourced partners in the following areas: email marketing, marketing automation, social media, SEO, PPC, blog writing, content creation and reporting.
  • Ability to identify, conceptualize and prioritize what marketing initiatives will generate the most impact while taking into consideration resource and cost allocation.

  • Have the ability to handle multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Hubspot or other Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) a plus.
